We are appreciative folk and will never forget that Finland thought it important to repay what was given to help.

Don't listen to anyone on the 'Bolt pages. They get most of their ideas by listening to pages at the airport, e.g. "Mr. Stand, Mr. Jack Stand, please pick up a courtesy phone."

Drivin' down a 2 lane country road in a stovebolt.....cowboy, it don't get no better than this!

Well, we haven't heard from him yet today ... so maybe?

COE - that's a good one. I like that one.

The name should mean something. When we left Kentucky, we brought a yearling with us and we named him Hele Makai which is Hawaiian for "going toward the Ocean" which we were - heading to the East Coast. Since CF is always on the water, maybe there are some neat Finnish names for water or sea.

I always thought Deohgee was a cool name for this dog the Marines had in Korea (D - O - G).

Anyway ... back to work.

Oh, and Kip -- point well taken about the friendships, etc. I'm working on "the old man" but I need to wait until he's finished with the Christmas tree stuff. Can't bother him with anything NEW during this time. The man has very few brain cells that are not in use, plus his nerves are a bit stretched! I have a good idea but I've got to wrap up all the loose ends. December 19 is our last day of tree sales and for us, that will be time to turn loose.

Finnish names can be difficult with no International Translation to them.

Just thought to check in smile !

Nothing happening yet! Hmmmm!

Ohh yes - The word for water in Finnish is
vesi.
Lake -Järvi
Ocean - Meri

A lot of the Finnish Names are derived after Lakes, Hills, To do with the Landscape and so on..

By the way WALLY Montana - Speaks Good Finnish!
Jarge had some good names there as well all in Finnish.

"Enjoying coffee again" and writing to Santa. Gosh its a long wish list. My main present I want this year is A Healthy Baby and a 235 Engine.
Preferrably delivered as close to Virginia as possible. grin grin

Im not asking for much, then when its got its engine installed Im going to come and visit all
of you!! wink
