I'm trying to figure out why these kits will not work on 3/4 ton....... Guy at Chevyduty tells me it won't fit but isn't sure what would need to be changed. I'd really like to figure this out.

I would guess that he doesn't really know if he doesn't have the details. Most of the conversions that I have read about, for power steering with the straight axle, use a PS steering box from a Toyota truck or something similar. They have to cut the steering shaft, provide a mount,install a bearing in the tube, and install a universal to mate with the box.
