Can anyone tell me how high off the floorboard the top-font of the seat bottom is on a stock AD bench seat (from steel floor to top-front of the seat bottom cushion)? I am trying to determine if I need to make spacers to raise up the late model Silverado seats we are going to use, and I figured putting the top of the seat bottom cushion the same distance from the floorboard as the original seat was the correct way to go. Or if someone else has a better suggestion, I'm all ears.
BTW, here are pics of the original '54, the refurbished S-10 chassis it's now going to be on, and the metal work we've do so far to the cab.
