These are the two part seats, 70/30, driver's side is a bucket with several adjustment levers. They're in a 1& 1/2T farm truck. They look kind of neat, and I was thinking of getting them for my project. However, if they're not a regular option for the Chevys of that era, I'm going to pass on them. Any guidance will be appreciated. | | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,262 Bubba - Curmudgeon | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,262 | A "Ride-Control" or "Unison" seat was available on all cab-model 1954 trucks. It was a 30/70 seat (driver/passenger). Maybe this was still the name of that option in 1965? | | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 57 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: May 2005 Posts: 57 | I was aware of the Unison seat, but didn't know whether they still offered them in 65. Just trying to establish authenticity. Thanks for the reply! | | | | Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 2,384 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 2,384 | For 65 my book lists an A55 level ride seat. I got no clue what it is, but it is listed. Brian | | | | Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 8 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 8 | Standard bench seat was comfortable enough for me.

Both were factory bench seats with a full back and bottom, however the Custom Comfort seat had additional foam padding in the seat over the base model.
I collect factory/manufacturer/dealer literature for the '64-'66 Chevy trucks and have never seen mention of any seats in the C/K series trucks, other than memtioned above.

Do you mean what are the differences in the C & K Series trucks or the differences in the seat in the C & K Series trucks?
There are no differences in the seats of a C10 (1/2 ton 2wd)/C20 (3/4 ton 2wd) or K10 (1/2 ton 4x4)/K20 (3/4 ton 4x4) Series trucks, unless you have the Custom Comfort Cab feature with the B55 RPO, full foam seat cushion.
I hope this helps.
