I am looking for at least 1 "Left" Intake rocker arm for a '53 216 Head #3885517. Looks like the number on the Rocker arm is 839465. Also need some push rods.

Thanks

Cletus - According to the 1929-54 Chevy Master Parts Book, the left intake rocker is listed as casting# 839465 (on the part itself), but identified as GM# 839463 by part number.

There is an NOS set of 3 rocker arms currently listed for sale on evilbay. The listing provides the right part number and pictures show the correct casting number, but the title of the ad lists them incorrectly as "Exhaust" rocker arms.

This would give you 3 new rockers for your engine, all it needs. wink But maybe the asking price is a bit steep? Possible there may be some 'Bolters out there that have some usable rockers for you. Will have to see who replies. headscratch

On the push rods you need, how many??? Once you let us know I can try and locate some sources and post them here for you.
