Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2022 Posts: 133 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2022 Posts: 133 | On YouTube I am re watching the hagerty redline rebuild series, where they get a 1950 chevy truck back on the road.
The series is six years old so a lot of you have probably already seen them. Thought I would share anyway.
A good video to watch for the 216 rebuild is:
"How we rebuilt our Chevrolet stove bolt sixredline rebuild explained live"
There are also several other videos on the 216 build as well as other aspects of the truck where there is greater detail.
A simple youtube search "hagerty 1950 chevy truck" or "Hagerty 216 engine build" will get you to the videos.

There’s another great series on the Buick straight eight, too, for those who like that sort of thing.
I invest my money in precious metals, mostly rust!
