Non-original engine (Chevy - not GMC), late steering wheel, no radiator and a lot of sitting that's left rust to eat some stuff up. I'm thinking that even with the current price drop, (they started with asking $4,500) it's still a bit overpriced for what is there.

Overall the body looks pretty good. Would make a nice project. Yes, maybe a tad high on the price, but they are getting harder to find. I was trying to count the wheel lugs to determine whether it’s a 1/2 or 3/4 ton. I’m thinking it’s a 3/4 ton.

It is definitely a 3/4-ton truck. You can easily tell by the extra support on the bed: 1/2-tons only have two, while 3/4-tons have three.

All of us old-timers think it’s priced a bit too high. However, considering how much the cost of this hobby has gone up recently, IMHO, the asking price is probably close to being right in today's market.

That being said, if I was currently in the market for another project, I’d walk up with cash in hand and offer $2,500.

Yeah, that extra bed support is why I suspected 3/4 ton. Definitely the price has gone up.
