Hi all, Vic & Vic here.

We make window channel kits for classic Chevy's and other makes and models, mostly 1937 through 1954. Run channels, belt lines, division bars, the part of a restoration that everybody puts off until the glass won't stop rattling. We form the run channels by hand. We have straight length kits also. We don't do installs, we form the parts.

It's a small shop, just me and my dad, Vic Sr. We work together on every kit.

Glad to be here.

Vic & Vic

Welcome to Stovebolt Vic and Vic Sr. wave

I took a peek at your website (listed in your profile) and see that your stuff all appears to be passenger car related. Nothing listed specifically for trucks. frown

Are you planning on expanding your product lines to include our various eras of Chevrolet and GMC trucks?

On that thought, please make note of our general forum rules HERE, specifically highlighting "Rule # 2" as it relates to offering to buy/sell things. wink

Best Regards

~ Dan

Thank you for the welcome, Gdads51! You are spot on—our pre-formed window run channel kits are currently passenger car-focused. However, developing dedicated kits for classic Chevrolet and GMC trucks is exactly why we are here! We’re working on the configurations for both steel-core and rubber window channel.I greatly appreciate the heads-up on Rule #2. Rest assured, we aren't here to push sales or spam the boards. We want to respect the community and learn. Best regards,Vic & Vic Sr.

That's great to here guys! I look forward to hearing and seeing more on your development of things to support our door and window restorations of our various era trucks. thumbs_up

Just a thought, but I'd suggest if you wish to share more on product design/development, and perhaps get some Stovebolters input/knowledge, I think starting a thread in our Doors sub-forum in the Paint and Body Shop Tech forum, is the perfect niche for your topic and products.

It might even be beneficial to do separate threads for each of the major truck eras, Art Deco, Advance Design, Task Force etc. etc. Just thinking out loud here. wink
