Good day to the whole community. I have lurked for over a decade while my Burb has languished (mainly) in the shop. Did finish the body work, motor work, and paint during that time. It is a 1958 Chevy with back side windows. I have recently started working on it in earnest and am at the dreaded rear side window point. Have the frames, glass, and rubber kits to install the glass in the frames. Started putting them together and realized I do not have the rubber to install the frames in the body. Called Steele, no luck. Referred me to Filling Station, no luck. Both have rubber for the solid window route but not the sliders. Anybody with an idea of a source for the rubber to install the sliding window frames into the body? Was really hoping to go that way, I'm in Georgia and it can get warm down here. It's not a "dry heat" either!! Thanks in advance for any help.
