I checked with the FAM and service manual and cannot find the correct routing and sizes of the vacuum lines from the combo pump model 9797 to the wiper motor and exhaust manifold, do they rout with the fuel and distributer lines? Are the lines soft are hard or a combination of both. And 1/4”?
I have a set of hard lines for the fuel/vacuum pump. The route from the manifold (don't recall if it was a hard connection or a piece of rubber tubing) in steel, down to the pump, then back up to the manifold area, and then rubber hose into the cab. They follow the same routing as the fuel and dist vacuum lines over the front of the engine between the thermostat housing and valve cover. I think they're 1/4". If you need the actual size, I could go dig them out and measure the OD.

I just measured the hard line from the Trico pump and its .25” OD which lines up with your comment. Sorry for all the questions so often but I have made my share of mistakes and am trying my best to limit them going forward. 1/4” hard lines it is. I had Flicken rebuild my wiper pump. And I did locate a machine shop thats will plane the manifolds. Who would of thought of looking into marine shops, but heck we got lots of boats here so i guess it makes sense.
Here's some pics of the vacuum lines (along with the fuel and distributor vac lines.) They are definitely 1/4". The manifold connection uses an elbow fitting for brake lines (inverted flare) and as I thought, the other end to the wiper motor is plain end for the rubber tubing to slip over. Both connections on the vacuum portion of the pump are also inverted flare type.
