In the past, I couldn’t view it but if I downloaded it, I could open and view it. Under download (file) the PDF is there but it won’t open.
Anybody else experience this?

Always need to download them to view. I think it's a "feature".

On my computer, I could open it either way but on my iPad, I had to download it, then it would open. I haven’t tried it on my computer but I will, then report.
Yeah, the photos have been wonky also. Lately, I have to verify that I am human, before they will open.

On my iPad, it appears to download, but it won’t open. I suspect the download didn’t work as the file size is much smaller (6kb) than the original (1.3mb).
If I’m having problems, that means anybody with an iPhone may be having the same problems.
