Would like a huck brake adjustment illustration. Saw one somewhere it showed 4 individual circles(backing plates) and where and how to turn the adjuster tool. This could save some time and aggravation. thanks1
Good info, but can still be somewhat confusing. If the adjusting tool is using the lower part of the opening as a fulcrum ,then the adjuster tool that is on the outside is pointing up and if the tool is "fulcrumising" on the upper part of the slot ,the adjuster tool is pointing down.Maybe by marking the side of the slot fulcrum area with a white paint mark for tightening that could be a future reference. "White for Tight". Got mine adjusted, but still requires some attention.
I make notes on the inside cover of my shop manual for such things.
