So back in November I was checking with Chevs of the 40’s looking for my speedometer gears (driven and drive) for my 46 Chevy truck with a 4 speed crash box. Tom Clark referred me to Old Car Parts (503-771-9416) and Vintage Auto Parts (760-723-5134) as they use them also. I did contact Old Car Parts and talked to Rod. He sent me my brake pedal bracket and the incorrect Speedo gears. I called him back and he found me the correct Speedo gears which are NOS. So cheers to them. I sent the wrong one back and he is sending the others back to me. Nice to know that these places still exist. So if you guys are trying to locate parts try these places.

Very glad to hear they are replacing the incorrect gear set! Says a lot about folks that stand behind their businesses. thumbs_up

Thanks very much for sharing the information. It may help other Bolters find what they need in the future. smile
