Seems to be late 1930’s, but the overall length is 76”. Adding to the mystery, one seems original, the mate looks to be cut down from a longer board.

I’d have to measure but these are twins to the ‘37 (or ‘38) ones I’m working on. Bolt to the front and rear fenders.
