I wish I knew how to post a link but I don’t.
Today on YouTube I saw a touching short “movie” called OVER THE HILL . It’s about a young man dealing with the pending demise of his first pickup truck. The 10 minute (approx) short is shot mostly in a salvage yard. There is a Stovebolt in one of the scenes, that’s my ticket here.
Someone smarter than me should find that piece and post a link.

Wave, all you have to do is copy and paste the address from the address bar at the top of your browser.

Paint the address bar and hit Ctrl C (Ctrl key and letter C key at the same time)

Then come over to this site and hit CTRL V the address you copied will appear.

I’m working from a cell phone which is a bit more challenging. I was able to perform that simple function easily when I still had a full keyboard.
Someone else should post that link, I think the short feature would be well received.

Easy on a phone using Full Editor.
1) As described in Dan’s posted instructions, place cursor where you want the link.
2) Go to any website and touch the URL at top to select it. It should show a highlighted color, maybe blue or gray
3) Touch again to get the ‘Cut Copy Autofill’ box and touch on Copy
4) Go back to Stovebolt site and where you positioned cursor
5) Touch the screen to get the ‘Paste Select Select All’ popup and touch paste
6) At this point, You can go to bottom of your post and touch ‘Preview Reply’ and touch the link there to verify that it works.

Absolutely. I’ll be 74 in March. Not far from you in slightly north central Illinois.

I loved the film. Short but sweet and stovebolt qualified for sure!

It was a nice film, I really enjoyed the cinematography. Of course, I love to shoot old wrecks in the junkyards. One of my favorite outdoor photography genres.

Now I'm really confused... Am I the "Old" guy in the movie? I sure feel like the "Young " kid. " Hey Son... Come on back . Let's fix this thing..".

Right? I would totally encourage the boy to fix his rig.

I came across this one on Facebook ,don’t know how to link it here but if you go on Facebook and search for Kibria Art there are cool transformations of the Chevy trucks from the teens to the eighties ,there is also one for the chev suburbans.you can delete this if it don’t belong here as it is different that the origional movie.

The pickup evolution video was fascinating.
Review points :
- In my opinion the ‘35 nails it. The roof line made a strong statement. That statement was diluted in the more aerodynamic ‘37.
- Unfortunate that the video showed the ‘54 with the grille painted body color , looked too Resto-mod. (not to mention the rims…)
