With the Roundup less that 6 weeks away, it's time to start taking orders for sizes and numbers.
The shirt design will be pretty much the same as last year Large design on the back and Stovebolt logo Small design on the pocket. They may also be a different color shirt. T-Shirt color is "Ash Grey" with black printing.

Prices will be 20$ for Small to Extra-large and 22$ for XXL and XXXL shirts.

I'll start:

Don (2-Ton) --------------two--XL's-----One--XXL (for Tim down under)
Chris (OldieOldie)-------two--XL's
Dan (Gdads51) --------—————————-two--XXL's
Millenimech -----------—————————-two--XXL’s——--one--XXXL
JacobU66————————-one—-XL
Craig (tuts)———————-one —XL (to be shipped by Gdads51)
Alvin (Achipmonk)———————————-one—XXL (to be shipped by Gdads51)
Kevin (Mo2cycle)-------------------------------------------Two--XXXL (to be shipped by Gdads51)
John Milliman -----------one--XL (to be shipped by Gdads51)
Steve (KCMongo) ------------------------two XXL

T-shirts to be made available for sale at the event:
--------------------two L
-----------------------------two XL
---------------------------------------------two XXL

Total T-Shirt Order - L = 2 + XL = 9 + XXL = 10 + XXXL - 3 = Grand Total 24

Thanks
Don

Thanks for jumping on this Don. Being away taking care of family stuff these last several days has limited my participation here. I'm back home and will get in to help on this as I can now.

Please put me down for 2 XXL please.

I'm sure we'll hear from the Big Boss "John M" as he's always wanted a T-shirt in the past.

One other thing to add for any Stovebolter interested - We are offering these the same as we did last year. If folks want to order T-shirts, even though they may not be able to attend the gathering (we'd much rather you come join us though wink ), we will ship T-shirt orders to folks that just can't make the event. Last year we had several folks that had mobility or medical issues preventing attendance, but wanted to participate as much as they could so that same offer applies this year.

Shipping will be figured based on traveling through the USPS and a minimal soft sided shipping bag with regular delivery. When you submit an order requiring shipping, please PM me your mailing address and I will let you know total cost of your order including shipping and how to handle payments shortly after the event.

How about it fellow MBA Bolters - Who needs some T-shirts??? grin

Thanks for the update Steve! I've added the new info to the original post to show the T-Shirt pictures so folks that may be first time viewers of the thread can see them at the top. They look great and hope some other folks will see them and want to both come join the event and order a shirt. grin The more the merrier! thumbs_up

How about it fellow Bolters? Who else wants some shirts and/or plans on coming? headscratch

OK folks, I hate to tell you this, but if we don’t order 24 or more shirts the price will have to go up to 25 bucks a shirt.
24 is the cutoff for the shirt prices. Less than 24 and the actual cost we pay the printer is over 20 bucks a shirt.
Trust me our goal is to break even on the shirt sale, we do not make any money selling these shirts.
Cut off date to order your shirts is August 28th so we can get them printed up in time for the Roundup.

So get your orders in!

Thanks Kevin, I'll add you to the list.
Sure would be great if you and Brian could make it again and mix up some old-style Ice cream for the lunch desert.
Let me know when you will be coming thru my area again and maybe meet up.

Millenimech - It was great to see you, your Mrs and the kids at the Springfield Swap Meet this past weekend. We didn't get a lot of time to talk, so we'll have to make up for that at the Roundup. smile

Don - I've updated the T-shirt order list to add shirts for the Big Kahuna (John Milliman), KCMongo and a select number of extras that will be made available for sale at the event as noted in the main post above. We have our 24 shirt minimum to guarantee the quoted prices and unless someone comes along before end of day tomorrow, the order should be ready to go to the printers using the above numbers.

I leave the order sending to the vendor in your hands. smile

Just a note that Don indicated he was picking up the T-shirts today and will be bringing them to the Pre-Roundup tomorrow. T-shirt hand-off and $ collections for those being picked up at the Roundup will be at the arrival/registration table. wink

Those to be shipped will go out next week via snail mail with payment to be sent to Don (2 Ton). Please PM him for payment details.

Thanks and looking forward to seeing everyone. thumbs_up

Kevin - I've been able to distribute or ship everybody else's ordered T-shirts except yours.

Your PM messages are full and I sent an email to your profile listed email address last week, but haven't heard back from you.

I don't have your snail mail address to ship the T-shirts to. Please either reply to my direct email or fix PM overload and drop me a PM with the address so I can get them sent out please and thanks. wink

I spoke with Steve a couple of days after the event to ask if all shirts had been sold. He said yes but if you happen to find a large that doesn't have a home I'd like to buy one. Thanks.

Unfortunately all the T-shirt have been sold my friend. frown

Kevin "mo2cyl" shirts went out via snail mail this morning.

The only other pending delivery is for the Big Kahuna (John M) as that's in KCMongo's hands while he includes that shirt with some other goodies being sent HQ's way. wink

And that concludes the 2025 MBA T-shirt thread. Until next year. thumbs_up
