From ad: Original driver-side door from a 1951 to 1953 Chevy Advance Design pickup. This is a genuine GM part—NOT aftermarket junk. Solid steel construction with no major rust-through. Vent window and glass included. Original handle still on the door.

Plenty of wear, paint loss, some old mounting holes, and surface rust—see detailed photos. Great for a rat rod, patina build, or full resto. What you see is what you get.

• Fits: 1951–1953 Chevy or GMC 3100, 3600, 3800 trucks
• Door has vent window, window track, handle, and inner frame
• Original patina with faded green paint
• Not bent or rotted out
• Sold as-is

A 51 will have a door handle that twist and not the push button as shown in the picture so it may fit but won't match. That door should fit a 52 thru 55.1.

Nice catch Phil. Definitely not a '51 and fitting the '52-'55.1 is spot on. What the seller doesn't seem to know is the door will also fit trucks other than pickups. With the existing "mounting holes", I'm pretty confident that indicate it was most likely from a "Big Bolt" (large door mounted mirrors) truck to begin with.

Not a horribly insane price, but I think it's a bit high IMHO. wink
