The cover that came with my truck does not fit. My truck is a 1953 half ton, with a 235 engine and original 3 speed tranny. The part or parts I'm looking for are the sheet metal inspection cover(s).

Mike, you should post a pic of your bellhousing and the cover that doesn't fit so we know what NOT to send you. I may have what you need if the bellhousing is the same as my '51.

You're right. I no longer have the cover that didn't fit. I think it probably hit the crossmember nearby. Here are pics of the bellhousing and surrounding area.
