I lent my FAM out so I do not have it as a reference for this piece of work. I am hoping to benefit from others who have "been there". I removed my bumpers and associated braces some years ago. Time to see if I can reinstall correctly. I have figured out front bumper from rear bumper and I have deduced that the braces with 3 holes to mount to the frame belong to the front of the truck. The braces with 2 holes to mount the frame belong to the rear of the truck (see pictures) and please correct me if I am off base. Questions are: On the front, do I have the braces positioned correctly? (See first picture) On the rear, do I have the braces positioned correctly? (See next 2 pictures). Do the braces bolt to the outside of the frame or to the inside of the frame? Is there a top and bottom to the bumpers? (that is, which way is up?)
Having trouble posting pictures... I will try again later.
I can answer whether there's a top or bottom to the bumpers. NO, but an original bumper may have text or number marking on the back. You could put that in readable position and call that "up".
I'd have to go look at my truck to see where the braces bolt, but the FAM shows them on the outside for front and rear.

Gib70 - Not being able to post pictures could be a number of things. Could be that your files sizes are too large or the wrong format (iPhones have a HEIC picture type that our UBB won't support).
There are fixes for both of those problems. If you can't figure them out, send me a PM and I'll explain in detail to help figure it out.

iPhones can be forced to save photos in jpg format, which is what I do. A couple of them snuck thru when an update happened. Here's what happen when you try to attach an HEIC file.

Indeed, the first file I tried to upload (the front bumper) was too big... I tried the 2 pictures of thee rear bumper and they loaded fine... I will try to reduce the size of the front umper picture. Thanks.
Both front and rear bumper braces mount on the outboard side of the frame.
The front braces share the bolt holes with the spring shackle mounts so it's impossible to install them wrong.
The rear mounts have their own holes and mount on the outboard side of the frame.
The front brackets mount with the long brace on the outboard side of the bracket.
The rear brackets mount with the long brace on the inboard side of the bracket.

Thank you gentlemen... 1 more question... see second picture in the earlier post I made on this thread... is the orientation of the rear brace correct relative to the "curve" on the brace itself? Also, here is the picrure of the front bumper that I could not post earlier.
No. You have them upside down and reversed left/right. The brackets start high on the frame and end up low on the bumper.
Just flip the entire contraption over as it is now and you'll be right. There is no top and bottom on the bumper itself.
