Do all of these trucks leak and drip onto the floor by the kick panel? I left my truck out in the rain last night and have wet carpet this morning.

I did all the metal work. No holes, everything was seam sealed as well? I noticed some water was coming in the windshied rubber at the bottom. Maybe that is where it all has come from?

If the windshield gasket is wet inside, it will find its way down either side to the kick panel area.

Gotta be it. New windshield and new gasket........... How do you correct that?

Did you use any sealant between the windshield rubber and glass and pinch weld? I had a gap in the sealant on my windshield install and it leaked at the center. Another shot of sealant fixed that up.

Heater core could leak into cab on passenger side. Of course that might be id'ed with fluid characteristics. But a possible source.

Thats a whole other issue. The valve for the Old Air set up leaks any time the PSI build up in the coolant system. Been through two vlaves so far.
