The Two "tongs" clamp together with what you want two weld together between them. An electrical current runs thru the "tongs" and create the weld. Their expensive. Can also drill a small hole in one piece of the metal then weld thru that hole onto the other piece to be welded to create a spot weld. I did this method this weekend works great. Later

They cost about 39.95 or so. I bought one of those, didn't really impress me to well. All the rods are, are shortened welding rods that fit into gun. You hold trigger to weld.  | | |
