Take that to a bearing shop (most reasonably sized cities have one) and they can likely cross it over to a current manufacturer's bearing number. It's GM PN 954257 which crosses to a Timken 88107 according to this.The Filling Station also carries them. LINK

'52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.
