Deves website has a helpful description of the process of rebuilding a torque tube.
I have been a bit harsh with Deve in the distant past (Okay, really harsh), but in this instance, he has put together a useful production. It includes a slide show of the process from Jim Handy via Brad Allen, and to Deve's credit, he made that clear.
He was able to write the article step by step in a way that was easy to follow.

Carl... Well, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

So Deve gave some attribution for his information? THAT's a welcomed change. Did he give attribution for the info in his article or just that he lifted the video? Regardless, before we get too carried away here, it would be good to get some feedback from one or two of our resident experts as to the actual technical quality of his information.

To Deve's credit, his son has designed a good looking site.
