Looking for information on the correct placement of the fender emblems on 1955 - 59 1/2 ton 3100 also the shift pattern decal or is it your best guess.

I did a little bit of web surfing on your question. Found some pictures that I screenshot and added below to show what I found. The pictures for the 1955.2 NAPCO 3100 show the decal on the glove box door and emblem on the lower rear section of the front fenders. The 1959 NAPCO 3100 pics show the decal on the dash above and a little left of the glove box door as there are a couple of riveted plates showing the NAPCO Power Pack transfer case instructions and operation warning. Fender badges are again on lower rear section of front fenders. None of these are mine, nor can I vouch for the placement accuracy. Just trying to provide a little info on your question. Perhaps some of our NAPCO Stovebolt owners can pipe in with their knowledge and expertise???

Thanks for posting the pics. I believe the fender emblems and shift decal were sent with the kit and you placed them wherever you thought they looked good or just kept them. I found my shift decal painted over on the metal head liner next to the radio speaker on the passenger side. I made a post on the NAPCO web site for any information on placement. I'll make a post if anything comes to light. Thanks Gdads 51 for the help.
I’m assuming this truck is an upfit, which means it was converted after the original build date. Those built at the factory did not receive the badges. Upfitted truck badges were placed anywhere the shop wanted to put them, but a majority of the ones I’ve seen were on the cowl. As for the sticker, dash placement like those in the above photos would be correct. A lot of the factory built NAPCO’s had the decal on the drivers side visor.
