Looking for help on where to find 1947-1949 1st series (not sure if 49-55 are the same) window regulator rollers. Mine are in pretty bad shape and when I placed my order to classic industries, it was the only part they had on back order. I checked the other sites with no luck. Does anybody know of a good source that has them in stock? Any help would be appreciated.
Bad news turned to good news. I found some at the filling station but with shipping was more than I wanted to spend. So I decided to inventory what I have and see if there’s anything else I was missing to get more items shipped if needed. I found I was missing a piece of weatherstripping from the kit they sent me and when I called, they found their mistake and we’re going to ship it out. I asked if I could buy some rollers and put that in the same package with no shipping and they agreed, so for under $20 I got six new rollers! But now I have to wait….
I got rollers for my '51 from the Filling Station. Yeah, shipping one small item is a bit spendy, but combined with a few other items makes it worthwhile. The Filling Station is usually pretty reasonable on shipping. Glad you were able to get what you needed.
