Can someone draw me a diagram of the top of an inner fender where the outer fender mounts? Someone "fixed" both of mine so all i have to go off is the square support ridge. I need measurements for the hood spring mount and the dropoff down to the bolt holes for the outer fenders as well as those holes and flange. Any pictures of details would help!

Not sure I understand what your asking. Do you have a picture of what your working with so we have context? Sounds like you are rebuilding an old inner fender? I might be able to take some pictures of truck in my garage.

That left side has been butchered and i need measurements off that brace I am pointing to for the bolt holes and dip i know is supposed to be there for the fender to flush out. That bracket for the hood spring also has been drilled off so i wanna make sure its right.
Whoever worked on this truck before me butchered everything they did.

Maybe these might help. let me know if more is needed.
How much confidence do you have in the rest of / entire inner fender? All your spacing and gaps for doors, hood, grill surround, etc originate from the inner fender.

I would be curious to see the underside of the knockout for the hood hinge and spring. Appears the PO dropped in a rectangular knockout which may work fine with clearance for the spring. The original knockout was cupped, which from structural standpoint is likely stronger and less likely to tear. Also, it appears the spring sits lower on the forward bracket, which may not be a problem but is noticed difference.
While you are at it. Last pix is of 66 with aftermarket inner and outer fender. If you look close you can see where I had to pry (and damage) the fender to find the inner fender holes. If given the opportunity you might hang the front clip and get your gaps right(er) and then mark those inner fender holes.

The rest of the fender looks original including mounting points. The recess is indeed a rectangular punch out with what looks like a small pipe welded to the underside. Im going to try to work that a little bit so the spring doesn't touch like it does now. Not a show truck so it doesnt have to be perfect but want it to look decent.

Is the hood hinge spring hooked to the bracket backwards - hook going from inside out in your pic instead of outside in as shown in Hambone's pic???
