I just recently replaced the head gasket and had the head checked out by the machine shop, all tested good. I ran it several times to get the engine up to operating temp and all went well. Total run time was around three hours. The next time I took it out for a spin I noticed a oil/coolant gray colored leaking from what look like the bottom of the fuel pump. Engine was still running fine. Engine did not over heat. I drained the oil pan and there was approx. 3 gallons of coolant in the oil. Any clues on where I should start looking for this leak?

Did you have the head and block machined or at least checked with a metal straightedge for square? Perhaps your head or deck is warped.

Make an adapter from a discarded spark plug shell and an air hose quick connect fitting. I use an air pressure regulator to put 20-30 pounds of pressure into each cylinder. When you find the cylinder with the leak you'll see bubbles in the radiator. It's also possible to splice the upper and lower radiator hoses together, bypass the radiator, and pressure check the engine block and cylinder head that way. Don't forget to isolate the heater core to prevent damaging it. Jerry

Find the problem and fix it, ideally with a "mechanic" and/or a "machine shop" who knows what they're doing. Just try to isolate the location of the error before you start tearing it apart again.
What was the symptom that caused the original head gasket replacement to be attempted? Jerry
