Howdy!
My '55 3100 has factory turn signals (very fancy, I know), which were not originally equipped with a 4 way hazard function. I was wondering if anybody here has modified the stock setup to include a hazard switch?
Thanks!

I don't think there's any such thing as "factory turn signals" for 55.1. Most turn signal kits were aftermarket. You could switch out the switch mechanism on the steering column for one with a hazard switch. Turn signal kits come either in 4 wire (which only have a left and right output wire for specific turn lights) and 7 wire which can use the stop lights on the rear as turn signals.
Check your Private Messages.

[on edit] Apparently there were factory installed turn signals available for 55.1 trucks. My mistake. I still doubt they were available with hazard function. Probably the only way to do that is to use one of the accessory switches.

If you're smart enough to take it apart, you darn well better be smart enough to put it back together.
