Down the street from my house is a newly opened antique shop owned by a friend of mine. It is a treasure trove.
The attached image was once displayed in a dealership, I presume. Sorry about the glare from ceiling lights.
Zoom in and enjoy.

Addendum: the shop owner is sitting on a '39 Panel that he hasn't driven since it came out of restoration 5-6 years ago.
I've offered to drive it in the July 4th parade as a business promo...

If somebody had '39 Master coupe pickup, would it be allowed on the Stovebolt?

That's a beautiful colorful poster. What price are they asking for it?

I zoomed up on the picture. It looks like it's priced at $285.

Wow. That's some big bucks. I bet Dan can find some of those. He has a nose for those kinds of things. I think we have some posters like that over at the shop.

We can make up posters in th Hoo-ya Shoppe. Now, they'd be more *personal* and not original. Probably need to update and add some more. headscratch

I'd say "sure", why not (but my vote doesn't count), it's not like there are so many out there that they're going to overwhelm the site. They were the warn-up for the future El Camino's!

Chevrolet offered them from 1936 through 1942 with a total production of about 9700 units.

Neat poster, I like it! Thanks for sharing!

LOL! Probably better than being a poster child.

Otto -- Only in the Greasy Spoon. It's a car. Car chassis. We have to draw the line somewhere. Same reason that El Caminos and Australian Utes go to the 'Spoon, too. As cool as they are ... they're still cars.

We're a truck site. We stick to what we know.

Thanks for asking, though.

Dan -- Depends on how much of the chassis we're talking about ... If it's just the IFS installed on a truck frame ... Then it is in the HiPo forum. If it's the entire Pacer chassis ... then I'm with you -- Not sure why we'd even be discussing it. Tim .... why would we even be discussing it??
