I figure someone must know how to contact (for parts) "Mr.48 Chevy", an original member of the "too many projects, too little time..." club. He was referenced in a post but I cannot recall where? Getting old, creaky & forgetful! Thanks, Anthony

A bit more context might be helpful. Did he have parts listed for sale or something?

Also, I would recommend not posting your email loose like you did. (We edited it out. cool ) If you put it in your profile, only members in good standing can see it vs the entire internet.

You can send mr48chev (that's how his username is spelled) a PM (although he hasn't posted since 2015) or you can see his e-mail address by searching for him the Member List link (above center), then click on his username. His e-mail address is listed in his profile. What Fibonachu said about publishing your e-mail in the forums. Any spammer or bot can collect that.

Thank you both for the information & the warning about not posting one's email. We who are older foolishly tend to act like things are like they were 20-50 years ago! --ecclesia--Anthony

I've never been hard to find. I just obviously don't get on here very often.

There were a number of aliases for you ... but similar. Hopefully now, Anthony will pop back up. I sent him an email just in case. grin

I'll try to keep an eye out. As this is far more an "original or restored" board than modified I don't usually spend much time on it.

Hi Mr48Chevy-- Thanks for your response to my question about the windows from the Suburban youo saved. I've spoken to a welder I know, and he is pretty hesitant about such a project. I'm probably going to pass on it. But thank you for your responses. And as well, for all your knowledge that provide on these various forums! --Mr. Harrington
