It looks like a mid sixes 62,63,64,65, chevy nova radio. The finned backing plate and radio knob is what looks familiar to me. But that was many years and beers ago.

Makes sense the seats were from a 1965 Nova.

The bezel looks like it is from a 62 or so Nova.
