As for an agenda ... We work around the ATHS schedule (see below). We'll set up Camp Stovebolt on Thursday as soon as I get there with the canopy and flag.

Friday
For the early birds, we have a great advantage of seeing who's coming in for the Show, and helping where we can. Good time helping Stovebolters get settled in with trucks, campers, tents, "food court," etc.
Evening - We all stop what we're doing and support the Ruritan for dinner.

Saturday
Day - For anyone just planning one day, I would recommend Saturday. Friday and Saturday will be stuff going on around the Stovebolt line up. Lots of walking around to see all the other trucks. It all just happens as it happens.
If someone pulls in with an issue to noodle, we can generally assemble a posse to wrangle it. As long as it is fairly easy. This event is NOT the place for big time wrenching projects.

Evening - Generally this is when we have dinner as a group. It's nothing we plan in particular and generally, once Billy has the dogs and burgers ready, we start hitting the chow line as the side projects and conversations allow.

Saturday night gets busy after dinner. For years now, Stovebolt has been responsible for the big trash can round up and fairgrounds police call. We collect all the trash cans from around the fairgrounds, empty them in the big trash dumpster and then put them away. While we're doing that, we also police the grounds for all trash that didn't make it into a trash can. We routinely get rave reviews for leaving the fairgrounds looking like no one was there over the weekend. AND ... we have a lot of fun doing it. So much so that the ATHS Shenandoah Chapter has been trying to horn in on our "territory." grin

Sunday
Absolutely *no one* will be there Sunday after about 10 am. Marlow will be the last to leave.
