I was wondering if anyone has photos of where the seat riser adjustment springs attach to on a 1950 3100. I neglected to take photos of where the springs attach to while removing and installing a behind the seat gas tank. These are the 2 long springs on left and right side to help move seat forward and backwards about 7 inches long. Thanks Jim

Jim, Here are pics. I think I replaced my broken ones? But you can see where it attaches towards the front corner on each side. Any questions let me know. Also a picture from the Factory Assembly Manual. Todd
Here's another pic of the seat adjuster mounting pad that Todd is talking about. This is without the seat adjuster rails or seat frame attached.
That little slot is where the springs hook, pulling the seat frame forward. Credit for the photo goes to another bolter who responded to my question about the hole locations that I needed to redrill.
