Looks like a fun event! Information below. Quote Ribs and Rods is one of Temple's most popular and fastest growing events brought to you by Don Ringler Chevrolet and Toyota. Ribs & Rods joins the community's love for live music, classic and custom cars, and BBQ, all in support of our local Ronald McDonald House. With several fun games and events to keep the whole family entertained including amazing bands, kids coloring and pedal car competitions, rib eating contest, and a drive in style movie experience featuring TBD! 2022's event brought in over 600 show vehicles, and thousands of spectators. We're looking forward to the return of the BBQ cookoff for 2023 which will host 75 top notch cooking teams, sanctioned by the Champions BBQ alliance. Ribs & Rods will be back at Temple's beautiful , Bend O' the River, right off IH35, and to invite you to be part of this spectacular event.
