A search of GMpartswiki provided the screenshot below which has the info you need to get some threaded eyebolts.
The actual head bolt part number is listed in the center for you to use when searching to replace your missing head bolts.
Make sure you get good quality eye bolts as unrated bolts could fail catastrophically (safety first, right)!

I use a piece of angle iron bolted to the block and a chain shackle attached through a hole drilled in the angle iron. No need for an eye bolt of possibly questionable strength. Use Grade 5 or 8 bolts to attach the angle iron firmly to the block. Jerry

If you can weld you can build your own lifting bolts, Hotrod Lincoln's idea works good too. I've done lifting some huge loads with even small sections of 1/2 thick angle iron.
Kicking self for selling off my Taskforce trucks. Still looking for an LCF or conventional big bolt in decent shape.
As of 10-26-2022, A 55.2 Taskforce long bed now the work begins
I have 2 methods depending on the job. 1) a selection of lifting eye bolts from McMaster Carr and 2) 10K lifting straps for oddball stuff. As others have said, never, ever use big box or hardware store eyebolts.
The only eyebolts that should be used are shoulded eyebolts as they permit a side load. A 1/2”-13 shouldered eyebolt is rated for 2,600 lbs per McMaster-Carr website. Here is [LINK].

War Eagle1 A lot of electric motors will have their own forged eye bolts .I save these bigger ones to use like you need, gotta watch for metrics though they'll be on offshore stuff. I also saved axle bearing retaining rings brazed on an appropriate sized bolt and moved blocks around that way. If you don't trust bronze low-hi (7018) arc weld them on there. Several of those on the window sill !!
Hmmmmm- - - - -a Model A with an overhead valve conversion cylinder head, or maybe that's a Mercruiser 4 cylinder? That's got to be a first for Stovebolt! LOL! Jerry
