Here is A few nice trucks from a show I went to this weekend -- a local car show in Biloxi MS, put on by the MS Coast Mustang club, benefiting several local charities, one being Feed My Sheep for homeless people.
A gorgeous 1959 Apache orange. About as bright as my green 53 In the background. 😂😂😂
Feel free to contribute and add truck pictures as you see them.

The Coast had another event this weekend called Scraping the Coast. I did not go but some nice trucks in there. Here is a link from a local new show. Scraping the Coast

Hoping to get some good pictures at the next show I am trying to go to on Sept. 9. I have been on the road to Denver and Houston this year (for good reasons) and have only been to one show earlier in the year.

Ok, so I’m in Houston visiting the grandson this weekend. My son and I decided to go to a Cars and Coffee in town. They highlight different cars and were highlighting Ferrari’s this month. Talk about a wide range of cars from classics, EV’s to expensive super cars. I only saw one 1982 Chevy that looked very good definitely all original and was for sale (picture below) and according to my son a 1.2 million super car also 2 Hennessy cars and who knows how much they were. All I can say is out of my league!! I’ll stick to my classic truck and am already planning my next one.

Went to a small car show on the Coast put on by the Knights of Columbus. Probably 125 entrants. A lot of good looking trucks and cars. I am going to try to minimize other vehicles unless an overall picture.

Was at a local car show “Rumble in the Camp”. About a hundred vehicles there. One guy in a beautiful truck won best paint and best of show. Now the bad news it was a 55 ford truck. 👎😂😂 Oh well still a fun day! Good conversations good friends.

I went to a nice small show over in Diberville Ms (north side of Biloxi today. It was a fundraiser/show for Franklin Grahams Operation Christmas Child. I attached a link below in case some one is interested. Last year they sent 208 MILLION shoeboxes all over the world to children with small toys, gifts/necessity items and information to spread the gospel in these countries who may never hear it. I will post a few pictures later.
So I was out today at a car show in Gulfport Ms. It’s a fundraising car show to raise money for missions, Cruisin for Missions put on by Crosspoint Church. More than 110 vehicles but I’m only taking picts. of trucks.

Went to a car show today in Waveland Ms, the name was “Gnat Nationals”. This was their 26 yr of putting on this show. For those that may not know a gnat is an extremely small flying bug along the coastline that has an irritating bite. Luckily the wind was blowing about 25 mph along the coast so no gnats today. This show was raising money for CASA, court appointed child advocates in Ms. Here are some pictures from today.

Got out today to a bazar and car show at Sacred Heart Church in a community called “Dedeaux”. Try pronouncing that one. It sounds just like de-dough. Easy😂. Not very many trucks but everything was judged together just as top 15 vehicles except for the few top awards. Still a fun day saw some friends I have not seen in a while.

I was in Ocean City Maryland a couple weeks ago. They were having a City wide car show. I spotted this C10 in a parking lot. Owned by a younger guy. The truck wasn’t anything special but the inline six with a big turbo was worth a second look

I took a road trip today from Gulfport Ms to Foley Al to a 7th annual car show at OWA. I didn't take my truck because of the interstate speeds and almost the 2 hr drive. I did notice abut 8 or 10 enclosed trailers there as i was leaving. They had more cars than trucks but still had a few good looking ones. Take a look at the pictures including the very good original looking blue GMC.

Some great examples. of what Folks are working on. It looks like a great venue for a car show, local shops and restaurants are always a plus.

We took in a local show today and had Little Blue Truck's cousin show up. A 37 GMC was there also. Belongs to a gentleman named Rob. Said it spent many years tucked away in a barn.

Was over in Houston this weekend, my son grandson and I went to a Hot Wheels Legends show. Just a few old trucks but a lot of chrome, and supercharged engines. Oh well still fun with the family. My sons looking forward to coming home for Cruisin the Coast.

Even thought it was the day before Cruisin the Coast I went to a cruise in at a local speed shop. There were over 500 vehicles including some unusual ones I suppose in town early. They had a very good looking COE , dark blue and pretty sure it was a diesel and a couple of good looking Surburbans. Check out the pictures. I have to shrink them down first the first 2 were over 5mb.

Ok ya”ll, been a while since I posted but went out this evening to a Cruise in at a new restaurant I been wanting to try. The food was good but by the time I got back outside it was too dark except for the one picture I got. They turned lights on later but oh well. Still felt good to get out. Been really busy with work and grand babies.

My wife Nelda and I had the privilege of giving 'The Little Blue Truck ' experience to two different schools this past week. Thursday was a church school and Friday was CECO. CECO is a school for severely handicapped children.

Got out today with the wife and went to a seafood festival/car show over in Waveland. Pretty decent turnout. You see some of the same trucks but this had some different Louisiana folks that must have driven over.

I’m thinking Alvin needs a posi unit in that truck. Savings on right rear tires ought to help pay for it. LOL. Every time I’m tempted to launch the C10 like that, I think about how much I don’t want to scatter my drive train all over the roadway. Great photos, btw. Thanks for posting.

Ok, after 3 tries finally made it up to the Smokey Mountain Nationals and the Southern Bolters Jamboree held at the same time. Did not get to bring my own truck but maybe next year. We all dodged rain drops most of the day but it was nice to meet most of the folks in person on this site. Just a few pictures below. I will post some more pictures tomorrow since it will be sunny all day. Trucks everywhere, grocery stores all the hotels. A lot of time was spent today drying them off after the multiple showers today More to follow!!

I had this posted in the Townsend pictures initially. I posted it here also to highlight the Smokey Mountain Nationals for those who may not know about it. It is only a 4 yr old truck show but had almost 400 trucks, 1947 to 1954 this year. The below picture is one row of 3 full rows of trucks. Zoom in to see the trucks. This was a good show in addition to the Southern Bolters annual jamboree. I would highly recommend it if you are in driving distance.

We had The Little Blue Truck day at Seminole County Library Lake Mary today. They put on a great program, read 2 books, had crafts, and sang songs for about 75 kids. They all came for photos and climbed on to the bed of Little Blue. A fun time was had by all.

Spent a good bit of the day being an apprentice sawyer to a friend at his portable mill. Came home with 3 log's worth of milled lumber (Hickory and Cherry) for a piece I'll be making for him ... in about 18 months! This stuff is pretty wet yet.
Ole Charlie came down the mountain in 4th gear and I only touched the brakes briefly in one curve. Had to drop a gear going back up. No temp or pressure issues. The 261 did great.
