I think you will find that DOT3 and DOT4 are fine alone or together. Don't mix any DOT5 in there..it is different and will not mix.

That's what my 59 model 3800 has, anyhow!

This brake fluid is satisfactory for any climate & has all the qualities necessary for operation, such as "high boiling point" to prevent vapor lock & the ability to remain fluid at low temprature.
