I have a '35 Maple Leaf that I have owned for @ 25 years. After giving up on doing it as a resto, I went over to the dark side. Took it off of the original frame / running gear, had a new custom frame built, with modern hotrod components. Had all the cab wood replaced with steel, ordered a gearstar 4L80E - Level IV Transmission and 530 hp LS-3 which just arrived after a 2 1/2 year wait. I need a box, rear fenders, and running boards to tie the rear fenders to the cab running boards, and a mountain of cut polish.

Just so you'll know, Dean has answered Roll Call! in the BC Bolters Forum.

ddean Your certainly a patient guy ! If I can't feel the driveline engage and get rolling I soon lose interest. Seems like there are a lot of patient guys around here !!
Thanks! I didn't have much of a choice, as I got it right when I started my family. The wood (and a lack of experience) was the initial challenge, along with time and money!
