That one can be repaired with a little machine work. You're not likely to find a replacement part, either new or used. Did you get the flap valve in the exhaust manifold freed up? Jerry

Cut the jagged break off flush with a hacksaw, and drill and tap the counterweight for a bolt. Then center drill the bolt for the heat riser shaft and cross-drill it for the retainer pin. I've repaired a few counterweights that way. Good luck! Jerry

Just a note to suggest something you can do to make it easier for everyone to know what truck, engine, etc. you are working on.
If you add a "signature line" in your profile, with details about your truck (make, model, year, engine are the most common factors we look for) other members can get to the meat of your questions quicker as all that info is available without folks having to ask for it. Once it's in your "signature line" it displays in every post you make, so no need to constantly type it in.
As an alternative to Jerry's (Hotrod Lincoln) fix process in his reply, if that plan doesn't work for you, IMO the next best suggestion may be to try and locate a replacement manifold with a good heat riser/butterfly assembly.
Others will surely chime in here if there are other alternatives that they have experience with.

That's obviously a GMC engine. I don't know if a counterweight from a Chevy engine would work or not, but it's probably going to be easier to find a Chevy manifold and rob the counterweight from it. I've got both types- - - -let me dig a couple of manifolds out of storage and compare the weights. Drop me a PM at your convenience and I'll share my email address with you. Jerry
