Or just looking for general advice? If you have specific questions, we have an engine forum dedicated to that. There are a number of very knowledgeable people that can help work through your issues. If you are looking for general advice, the engine section of tech tips might be worth a gander. Whatever the case, welcome! We would love to see oics of your project as well. | | | | | Joined: May 2015 Posts: 11,168 Housekeeping (Moderator) Making a Stovebolt Bed & Paint and Body Shop Forums | | Housekeeping (Moderator) Making a Stovebolt Bed & Paint and Body Shop Forums Joined: May 2015 Posts: 11,168 | Hi Tim
Welcome to Stovebolt. I know another Tim (member 3hansens - no relation - There's lots of Danes there) down in Buellton, who has an AD truck. I visited him last year when I was down in Carpinteria for my Mom's birthday.
If you've got specific questions on your engine rebuild, post them in the Engine forum, and I'm sure that you'll get a bunch of 'bolters willing to help you out.

If you haven't looked around much yet, you may also like to drop a line to the 60 -66 Bolters. That's a pretty active bunch. I have never lived in CA. Stopped there for a few days on our way to Okinawa. The Queen Mary was cool. Our youngest daughter lives there now in San Diego. They really like the weather. Welcome. Hope we can help with the 62.
