The guy I bought the 56 Chevy 6400 from finally dropped the truck off in my yard. He also handed me the title for it. I really didn't feel like an official Big Bolt Guy until I actually had the truck home and the title in my possesion.
Now I have something I can tinker on ! I'll be giving you guys updates as I go along.
On top of getting my Bolt home, one of my dogs had pups. Only one lived, which is a sad thing, but one is better than none ! We have AKC registered Chinese Shar Pei dogs. It's our first litter, so we are excited about that too.

Now, if you are like me, you will have to stop just to look it over several times a day. I even had a picture of mine by my bed (I know, childish) until it arrived home, but it made me happy so why not.
Sorry also to hear about the puppies that didn't make it, but happy to hear about the one that did. I had 3 Brand X junker cars in there. The guy hauled them away. Then he pushed my 56 Chevy in one of the shops. My garage door is 6 foot 11 inches, the truck was 6 foot 9 inches. We let air out of the front tires just to be safe. Now I don't have to worry about the city council picking on me. What's behind closed doors is nobody's buisness. I've got a wood burner in that shop, so when it gets really cold, I'll fire it up. I'll take pictures later on today and post them. | | |
