For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 48 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2006 Posts: 48 | I checked the search bar and didn't find an answer so I wanted to ask the experts. I have a 1949 6400 I've finally decided to spend a few bucks on. I plan to replace the headliner and door panels. Looking at the supplier there are several colors. Gray, black, beige, brown, etc. I think I have an early 49. It has the screw in center headliner bow. The little scraps of cardboard left seem to suggest it was a dark brown, originally. What were these truck originally equipped with? I should point out the truck is dark green from the factory. Thanks. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 4,496 AD Addict & Tinkerer | | AD Addict & Tinkerer Joined: Feb 2019 Posts: 4,496 | Brown was the original color as verified by your scraps of original liner.
