So I have a 1936 gmc t-14 with a 125" wheelbase. I have a bed off of a 46 chevy 1/2 ton with 112" wheelbase. My question is can I use this bed on the 36? It looks like the frame narrows down a little at the rear of the frame. How far from the back of the cab should it be and how far below the body accent strip should it be. The 46 bed is in great shape and all the early beds I have found were pretty rough. Maybe somebody would swap beds with me if this won't work. I wish I could find an assembly manual for this all the ones I find have very little truck stuff in them. Thanks for any help/guidance in this project. Steve 36grumpy@gmail.com
