Here's more info on the Cruisin Hines website.

Maybe meet up with some of the Bolters there?

I hope to be there barring rain with my 39 stake truck. I have attended this cruise many times. I always have a great time. Edward Hines is actually a miles long park. Plenty of places to park your classic. Bring a tent if you like. Don't forget your picnic basket. I also cruised the Woodward Dream Cruise for many years. Became a nightmare for me 3 years ago. Too many spectator vehicles. No more Dream Cruise for me, Hines is very enjoyable. The Hines promotors are strict on the vehicles being 25 years or older. For us older folks, Hines was a great place back in the day with your girl friend. We referred to it as Uncle Eddies. Hopefully see some of you folks there.

I agree rickmg, I always enjoy the Hines Cruise. Tons of vehicles in a relaxed setting that offers both cruising and easy parking.
Sunday August 28th is also the Monroe, MI swap meet, so I think we are going to try and hit the swap meet early morning and then run up to Hines. We don't have a truck ready, yet, so we will just be spectators.
Keep us posted on where you are going to park so we can come check out the truck.

Tom

My brother-in-law Ted from Castile, NY comes to my home every time Monroe has a swap meet. He'll be here for Monroe swap meet. We'll do the swap meet and then go to Hines.
