I'll probably leave the seat frame out and put a piece of plywood on the riser with some blocks at the front of the floor to level that up. Shouldn't need to "build" anything. I don't fit on the floor in front of the seat riser, so need more room that's flat.

Prop one end onto the floorboard, and lie down to work under the dash. Try not to snore!
