Spanky and All,

Check out Chris Chadwick's 1948 GMC 1.5-Ton
With Holmes Twin Line Wrecker in the gallery. Looks like a GREAT project.

Hey Chris, does your truck have the Axle Cradle on the back or just a Sling?

Take care!

Mike B smile

If anyone happens to know where there's an extra set of rear fenders for one of these wrecker bodies, I'm in serious need.

Thanks,
Bob

Bob,You may have to do as I did, & buy a complete wrecker, swap fenders, then resale the wrecker. It's nearly impossible, to find these wreckers with good fenders, in running condition, much less when they're junked.

My wrecker has a universal brand sling. The rear fenders on my wrecker will either have to be repaired or try to match them up to something else that has the same look.
