Yeah, I know! Brake accessories are a tough find! Shoes are Re-lined! New rear wheel cylinders, flushing out rust mud from parts and redoing rear brake lines. Butttttttttttt, can't find spring kits! The ones on there will suffice, but, I'm in there so if possible, might as well make them new also. Anyone have a source? These are the fronts.

Hy 53 green 1-ton, I am operating under the assumption that you are looking for rear brake return springs for your 1953 3800. Some of the newer 40 series trucks use 14" X 2 1/2" front brakes, the return springs for those are Napa p/n UP80163, see if your local Napa can get you the length specifications, or springs for comparison, hope that helps.
Jim did you find the spring kits? I just did mine (my shoes look way different then yours) and cleaned up and re-used the originals. All seemed to be in good shape. The shoes weren't bad either but since I had to replace the oil soaked rears, I wanted all 4 to be the same material.

I did try a couple of vendors for the pull back springs to no avail! Mine weren't weak but figured I'd try to get new ones. I just cleaned them up and painted them. Waiting to remove the backing plate to clean and paint as soon as I'm a little more mobile! I had to turn my rear drums but they are still within tolerance. Fronts were fine! The picture is the relined shoe. My local clutch place installed new pads on them. There is actually small bits of brass embedded in the pads.
