Local ad for a Carter YF "Carter YF Carburetor for Jeep Willys F134". Looks quite similar to yf 2100 with manual choke and throttle. Cant get any other numbers but wondering any chance this might swap over for a 235 chevy?
Maybe if you remove the 2 end spark plugs...............................?
Or is it your intent to swap the Jeep carb for a Chevy carb?
Jon.
Good carburetion is fuelish hot air The most expensive carburetor is the wrong one you attempt to modify. If you truly believe "one size fits all," try walking a mile in your spouse's shoes! The Carburetor Shop
Use two of 'em- - - -that way you'll only be a little bit over-carbureted. I believe the Jeep 4 cylinder that carb is designed for displaces about 134 cubic inches or so. Jerry

The Carter YF 4145S (designed for the Chevy 230) is pretty similar to the 2100 and also has manual choke. No manual throttle was designed for this model unless you happen to find one used on an irrigation pump or if you're handy and can make one yourself. Two other differences: that carburetor is designed for a center stud air cleaner and you need to make a little extension so that the throttle works right for the 235 (the 230 accelerator rod comes up on the opposite side of the manifold). But it works well. The one I ran on my 235 seemed to run slightly richer, but I only tested it at idle and low speeds, so I could have been wrong. You will not pay an arm and leg for the 4145, either. I posted about this a few months ago. You might watch for one of those.

I am relocating my question from the Truck parts wanted forum to my original posting in Engine shop:
I have located a Carter YF 965S as a possible alternative to the Carter YF 2100S After reading Jon G`s post above. I assume the 965S is the same as the 964S but with auto choke. A couple questions. Can I just disconnect my manual choke and run it? Could the 965S be converted to manual choke by swapping parts? Will my original Air filter that fits my Rochester B fit the same? Thanks
There are conversion choke covers available for people who want to take a giant leap backwards and disable their automatic choke. Dad had a saying that was funny as well as wise- - - - -"Automatic chokes, and transmissions, are smarter than all drivers, and most mechanics!" I really miss him! Jerry

Jon has posted a really extensive list of YF by application here in the past. I don’t have it handy at the moment. That would be the thing to check for fitment.
I’m thinking the 965 might have the smaller 2 - 11/16” bolt spacing meant for the 216 intake manifold. I could be misremembering.
Swami, JW has it right - the 965S has the smaller bore and narrower bolt spacing for the 216 manifold. If you can find a 966S, it has manual choke and the same wider (235 manifold) bolt spacing as the 2100S.
I replaced the auto choke with a manual one on my '65 Chev when we lived in Laramie. Any thief would have been out of luck because it would never start if you didn't pull that little button under the dash.
