1950 3600.
Looking for advice on repairing this. Seemed like it happened overnight. Its just the clutch, not the brake pedal. Its well greased. Could it just be a bushing or is there more that could cause this on the shaft? My manual mentions " a special shaft spring". Does anyone have an exploded view diagram of this assembly?

Has the clutch pedal bolt come loose from the pedal arm (just in front of the firewall)? Other than a severely worn pedal bushing (which isn't going to happen overnight), that's about the only thing that would allow the the pedal to wobble noticeably.

Here's a pic from the FAM.

Awesome, thank you. I ordered some new bushings. The bolt is tight.

If the spring breaks, I would imagine you might get sideways play...although I've never had it happen.

Once the bushings arrive, I will pull it all apart and let you know what I find.
