AD Chevy Trucks Over 6,000 pictures Brad Allen has an awesome collection of Chevrolet factory pictures that he has set up from film strips. Check them out!
Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

So I installed my Trique MFG easy latches today. To me they are with every penny they cost. Doors on my 51 now close easier and better than a brand new car. They were a pain to install so the name “easy latches” is a little mis-leading. I had to have a new lock cylinder rekeyed and cut out the drivers door for it to be installed. Lost the interior lock function, but worth it to me. Easy to close and NO MORE RATTLING!

Do your door handles return to the horizontal position on their own when the door is closed?

Excellent, thank you. I had read somewhere that they did not. Properly installed, they obviously do. Definitely an operational and safety improvement. I will have a set on my 51.
